I’m excited to be taking part in another epic exhibition celebrating the 5th year anniversary of Mind HK‘s trailblazing More Than A Label anti-stigma project! The exhibition will explore ambassadors‘ journeys through art, poetry, audio, films and stories. It will be held at The Rotunda, Exchange Square, Central, from 13-26 April. Please save the dates!

Mental Health and Film Talk at HKAPA!
What a blast and a huge honour to have been invited to speak to students at the Hong Kong Academy of Performing Arts as an ambassador for Mind HK about mental health, film and the arts alongside the amazing Kate Sullivan! Kate’s short film about mental health was screened at the event – check it out here! The event was moderated by the lovely Tiff! Thanks to everyone who made it happen!

Despite the Hong Kong weather’s best efforts to drown me on the way there and back, the launch of Mind HK’s summer 2025 exhibition Listen to the Beat at Our Gallery was EPIC – and PACKED!!! Congrats Mind HK for curating an unbeatable exhibition of ambassadors’ work! My contribution is among the handwritten letters on display. I also shared a bit of my story as part of a panel. If you’re looking for an inspiring, cool and DRY place to hang in Hong Kong this summer, swing by! The exhibition is open until 15 Aug.
Listen to the Beat: Mind HK Exhibition at Our Gallery
Excited to be one of the ambassadors taking part in Mind HK’s summer 2025 exhibition at Our Gallery, Wan Chai. Last summer’s Here and Now exhibition at the 3812 Gallery was epic! This one is called Listen to the Beat. My contribution is a handwritten letter. The last thing I wrote by hand was my signature – it was declined by my bank as illegible.
I’ll also be sharing my story in a panel alongside two other ambassadors this coming SAT (2 Aug) from 3.30-5pm. Tix are free but you must sign up! The exhibition is open 1-15 Aug. If you’re sweating in the city this summer, swing by!
Mind HK Exhibition at the 3812 Gallery!
I am excited to be taking part in a Mind HK exhibition of stories and photographs by Mind HK ambassadors at the 3812 Gallery in Central 6-15 August 2024! The exhibition connects stories of mental health recovery to places that inspired turning points. The exhibition is a collaboration with local artist Erin Hung! If you’re sweating it out in the Hong Kong summer, please drop by! They have art and they have air con!
Other events I have taken part in for Mind HK include their 2024 HK Lit Fest event Poetry, Stories and Mental Health, Conversations of the Heart, The Healing Power of Words and an exhibition of letters and artwork at the Lyndhurst Gallery in SoHo.
More Than A Label
Happy to be taking part in Mind HK‘s anti-stigma campaign More Than A Label‘s first anniversary event; ‘More Than A Label: I Was, I Am, I Will Be‘, an exhibition of art, poetry and letters by Mind HK ambassadors aimed at de-stigmatising mental health, which will be open to the public Nov 21 – Nov 28. The exhibition will be held at 5, Sun Fung Mansion, 52-60 Lyndhurst Terrace, Central, Hong Kong Nov 21-28. More details soon!
