Excited to share that To Love A Narcissist, the film I’ve been producing with Contro Vento Films, will premiere at the New York Socially Relevant Film Festival (SRFF) 16 March at 7.30pm! This is the second time we have reached the competition stage of SRFF. We were honoured to receive a Special Jury Mention for Transference in 2020. With most of the world in lockdown then, the festival was held on zoom. This year, we’ll be zooming in the old-fashioned way! ✈️

Thank you SRFF for supporting our films and our vision to create a platform for those affected by the themes our films explore to connect and access support. 🙏🏽

Ted Field has joined our Contro Vento family as Executive Producer of To Love A Narcissist. Ted’s excellent career includes producing too many Hollywood blockbusters to mention and cult classic Bill & Ted. We already had a Bill knocking about at Contro Vento, and now we have a Ted, as well! Plus he won a Razzie – for Cocktail, no less. Imagine making Tom Cruise’s career was the most bogus shit stain on your resume! 🤣 (No, I can’t imagine it either.)

Post-production of To Love A Narcissist is complete. Our latest trailer is out. Private screenings are happening. Most Americans love a narcissist.

Contro Vento hosted two private screenings of To Love A Narcissist in one day at the Sanctum, Soho, London, 9 Dec! We feel incredibly lucky to have had an opportunity to screen our film at such an iconic venue! Unfortunately, we won’t be doing any public screenings while we await to learn our fate from festivals. Hopefully we’ll have some good news to share soon!

Thanks to Variety for this nice piece about Sadie Frost joining our Contro Vento family as an executive producer on To Love A Narcissist, the history of Contro Vento since founder/director Raffaello Degruttola was BIFA-nominated for Flim, and where we boldly go next! I am proud to be producing this film with Raff and Bill Bossert. The last few months at Contro Vento Films have been a whirl! We wrapped shooting our latest feature film To Love A Narcissist in Lake Garda, Italy, produced a trailer and a first cut, and just launched our first Official Hoodies in collaboration with Tee Mill! Thanks to my gorgeous niece Mia for modelling one of our two hoodie designs!

The latest trailer for the film I am producing with Raffaello Degruttola and Sadie Frost just dropped! Trust is weaponised in To Love A Narcissist, our first dramatic feature film since Transference went viral (24M+ views on YouTube). Filming wrapped in Lake Garda, Italy, last month and post-production is in full swing! (We just completed our first cut!) Stellar performances across the board by Lyndsey Marshal, Stephen Campbell Moore, Sule Rimi and Andrea Lowe. 

I am also thrilled to have joined the Contro Vento team alongside Raff and Bill Bossert!
