Congratulations Mind HK on the 5th year anniversary of More Than A Label. It was a joy to be one of the ambassadors taking part in an exhibition of light, art and recovery stories to mark this milestone. I attended the opening of Refraction: A Journey of Our Mind with artist Charles Tang. Attendees were invited to take home a poem inspired by mental health recovery as a memento.
